Hey, I’m Dan! As a support worker at Just Support, I help clients build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals. I believe support should be both fun and meaningful, and I love bringing a mix of enthusiasm and focus to every session.
Why do people call you the "Fairy GodBrother"?
The nickname stuck after I helped some of our clients get ready for job interviews—suits, ties, accessories, the whole works! I love being able to step in, offer support, and make sure people feel confident and prepared for big moments.
What are some of your interests outside of work?
I’m a big fan of WWE, Dungeons & Dragons, gaming, and playing pool. I also love cooking, and I have a knack for working with my hands—whether it’s making prosthetics or sewing leather, I enjoy crafting things that are both practical and unique.
What do you enjoy most about support work?
I love getting to know people, listening to their stories, and finding ways to help them grow. Support work is all about meeting people where they are and helping them build toward where they want to be, and I’m grateful to be a part of that journey.
How would you describe yourself?
I’d say I’m fun, enthusiastic, and always on task. I like to keep things engaging while making sure we’re working towards something meaningful. I’m also someone who’s always happy to lend an ear—whether you need advice or just someone to chat with.

I bring a mix of creativity, hands-on skills, and a strong focus on helping people feel confident in themselves. Whether it’s getting ready for a big event, playing a game, or tackling a new challenge, I’m all about making sure clients feel supported and capable.
