Hey there! I’m Riley, and I’m thrilled to be the Operations Assistant here at Just Support. My job involves keeping everything organised and helping the team deliver the best support possible to our clients. From scheduling to behind-the-scenes logistics, I’m here to make sure things run smoothly.
What led you to transition from property maintenance admin to disability support?
After spending over 12 years in property maintenance admin, I realised I wanted a role that aligned more with my values. I was drawn to Just Support for its inclusivity and commitment to helping people with disabilities. It feels great to be part of something that makes a real difference.
How do you approach your role as Operations Assistant?
I’m all about efficiency and clear communication. I love making sure all the moving parts are in sync so that our team can focus on supporting clients. My goal is to create a seamless operation that helps everyone feel empowered.
What hobbies enrich your life outside of work?
I’m passionate about a lot of things—cats, arts and crafts, camping, and of course, Dungeons and Dragons and playing Sims 4! I also enjoy cooking and having friends over for good food and company.
What excites you most about working at Just Support?
I’m really excited to work for a company that not only helps people but also embraces diversity and inclusion, particularly in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. It’s refreshing to work in a place that understands my own disabilities while empowering others.

With my background in admin and my passion for inclusivity, I bring a strong sense of organisation and a deep commitment to supporting both clients and staff. I’m focused on making sure things run smoothly so that our team can focus on delivering exceptional care.
